At Nefer, we aim to get your beautiful products to you as quickly and safely as possible. This Shipping Policy outlines our shipping processes, costs, and estimated delivery times.

1. Where We Ship

We currently ship to all addresses within Australia only. Please note: We do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the following factors:

  • The total weight and dimensions of your order.

  • Your delivery address.

  • The shipping method you select (if multiple options are available).

You will see the exact shipping cost displayed before you confirm your purchase in the checkout process.

3. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are typically processed and dispatched from our Melbourne, VIC warehouse within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Some products are dispatched from overseas. For example China, USA, England, Mauritius

  • Orders placed after 4 PM AEST or on weekends/public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

  • During peak seasons (e.g., Black Friday, Christmas) or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience during these times.

4. Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates only and commence from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. While we strive to meet these estimates, they are not guaranteed and may vary due to factors beyond our control (e.g., courier delays, extreme weather, unforeseen events).

  • Standard Shipping:

    • Brisbane & Greater QLD: 5-7 business days

    • Sydney & NSW: 5-7 business days

    • Melbourne & VIC: 5-8 business days

    • Adelaide & SA: 5-9 business days

    • Perth & WA: 7-12 business days

    • Tasmania & Northern Territory: 7-14 business days

    • Regional & Remote Areas: Please allow additional time, generally 2-5 business days more than major city estimates.

Please note: Once your order has been dispatched, delivery times are in the hands of the postal or courier service.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing:

  • Your tracking number.

  • A link to track your parcel's journey.

Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update after you receive the dispatch email.

6. Delivery and Risk

  • It is your responsibility to provide a correct and complete delivery address. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address.

  • If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, or if it remains unclaimed at the post office/depot, additional shipping fees will apply for re-delivery.

  • Risk of loss and damage to the products passes to you upon delivery of the products to the address you provided.

7. Multiple Shipments

In some cases, your order may be dispatched in multiple shipments, especially if you have ordered a mix of products that are stored in different locations or require separate packaging. You will be notified if your order is being sent in multiple parcels and provided with tracking for each shipment.

8. Missing or Damaged Items in Transit

  • If your order arrives damaged, please take clear photos of the damaged packaging and product(s) and contact us immediately at support@nefer.com.au within 72 hours of delivery.

  • If your order tracking shows delivered but you have not received it, please check with your local post office or courier service and contact us within a reasonable timeframe (e.g., within 7 days of the 'delivered' status) so we can assist in investigating.
